Have you seen “Machuco,” by Chile’s Andrés Wood? I got it from Netflix and watched it last night. Quite good. I haven’t seen it, but Wood’s newest, a biopic of Violeta Parra titled “Violeta Went to Heaven,” was garlanded at Sundance this year. Junco de la Vega was interviewed on the PBS News Hour last night.
